Chris Gomez – GM

Chris was a long time high school football coach at Santa Paula High where he played and coached some of the most succesful teams in the school’s history, He has made a name for himself in the basball world by partnering up with some of the most respested men in baseball. In 2009, Chris teamed up with Ventura County legend Jim Colborn and co founded the Jim Colborn Baseball League and was the player agent for the league. With the success of the league Chris then became the general manager and co-founder of the Texas Rangers Scout team which was managed by Texas Ranger scout Todd Guggiana. This past fall Chris joined forces with Bill Pintard – Angel scout and Santa Barbara legend. They started the SoCal Angels. The team was HIGHLY succesful in its first season and will be doing things year round to help develop the best players throughout Southern California and help get them to the next level. Chris is also the owner of the SoCal Halos college team and president of the Central Coast Baseball League. Chris’s son Aaron was an All-CIF baseball player at Santa Paula High and currently play’s college ball. Chris also has 2 beautiful teenage daughters, Alyssa and Ashley who are actively involved in school sports, theatre, band and school goverment. He still resides in Santa Paula with his children.

Chris McKee – Director of Media

cmc2Chris has been involved with Coaching Travel, Club, and Scout baseball since 2003. He is a professional Graphic / Web Designer / Videographer and Musician. He handles all media for the Ventura Halos and SoCal Halos. The Camarillo, CA native resides in Camarillo with his wife Yvonne and their three children Miranda (BYU), Hailey (BYU) and Christopher – Ventura College Varsity Baseball team from Newbury Park High School and 2x USA Baseball Junior Olympic Gold Medalist (15u,17u) and member of USA Baseball’s SoCal NTIS 17u Team and SC Halos and Premier Halos.

Broadcasted play-by-play and announcer for all 2013 -2015 Halos seasons,

Eric has broadcasted and done color commentary on many sports from Baseball, Hockey, Football and more. Professional goal is to become the voice of a major sports franchise (preferably hockey), also look to work as a national level play-by-play broadcaster for said sport.
